Canada

I have been meaning to do this post for a while but things have been busy… better late than never though!

At the end of July, I went on my first overseas trip! …well first trip further than Australia. We spent a week camping on Manitoulin Island in Canada with about 200 other Christadelphians. It is the cutest island, it even has a draw bridge leading onto it that is still used (and that we got to see in action!)

Some photos of the island…

I can’t say volleyball was a highlight for me, but it was for a lot of others!IMG_0736It was like the camping you read about in story books, with the lake, squirrels, and chipmunks. We had an amazing week meeting new people and learning about the sons of Korah which was the bible study topic for the week.IMG_0788Afterwards we went on to Washington DC and New York but I will save that for my next post 🙂
